4. Delivery
Free delivery from 250 € of purchase
Free delivery applies as soon as your basket reaches 250 € of purchase. It is valid exclusively with Colissimo in mainland France. Chronopost and DHL deliveries remain at your expense regardless of the amount of your basket.
4.1 How are the items delivered?
The delivery of the packages is carried out by the Post office in “Colissimo followed” or “Chronopost” against signature of the recipient or any person specially authorized. This digitized signature and its reproduction are proof of delivery of the package.
It allows you to freely choose where you want to be delivered:
At the address of your choice (home, office, etc.).
In one of the many Cityssimo spaces in France.
In the post office of your choice among the 10,000 existing ones.
At one of the many merchants of the partner network of the Post.
The different delivery options are offered to you when you finalize your order basket.
For Colissimo deliveries
For parcels delivered to the address of your choice, if the recipient of the parcel is absent at the designated address, a notice of transit and of the parcel pending is left in the recipient's mailbox. This notice indicates the contact details of the Post Office where the recipient can collect the item. Any parcel thus pending is delivered there to the addressee or his agent, duly authorized for this purpose on presentation of an identity document and against signature. The parcel is held for 15 consecutive days from the day after the day on which the notice of pending notice is filed.
In the case of a delivery to a merchant, the product cannot be returned directly to him. The return must be made according to the clauses set out in article 5.
For Chronopost deliveries
If the recipient of the package is absent, Chronopost calls the customer to arrange a new visit or an appointment. In the event of repeated absence, the package will be placed in your post office or at a Chronopost collection point.

For DHL deliveries
If the recipient of the package is absent, a calling card will be left and a new visit will be made the next day. You can change the date of this second visit using your tracking code until 10:30 p.m. If during the second visit you are absent, the package will be available for a period of 15 days at a DHL drop-off point.
For the smooth running of the delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to accurately provide all the details necessary for the proper delivery of his order and for perfect delivery (access code, access specification for example). 4.2 What are the delivery times?
4.2.1 For France
After receipt of the order, the package corresponding to it will be entrusted to the Post Office:

From that moment on, La Poste undertakes to make every effort to ensure the distribution of the items or the first transit advice note of the items entrusted to it:
For Chronopost: shipment of your order if it is placed before 9 a.m. on the same day, otherwise shipment the day after taking charge of the order (from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, traffic bans, force majeure, circumstances exceptional or generally any other fact not attributable to the Post)
For Colissimo: the second working day following the day on which the order is taken over.
In any case, delivery times should not exceed one month.
For certain products (in particular jewelry) which are not in stock at the time of placing your order. An approximate delivery time will be indicated in the basket. The waiting period should not exceed 8 weeks.
When the package is shipped, the buyer will receive an email confirming the shipment of his package, with a tracking number that will allow him to track it online on the website www.chronopost.fr for Chronopost , www.coliposte. for Colissimo or on www.dhl.fr for DHL deliveries.
Incidents (strikes, blocking of road networks, etc.), losses at the processing centers can lead to delays, the buyer can report them to us by sending us a message via the "Contact" section by reminding their Colissimo number. , Chronopost or DHL.

4.3 Shipping costs
4.3.1 For France
The shipping costs are calculated automatically and are indicated before the validation of each order.
Delivery is free from a purchase of 250 euros in mainland France. Free delivery only applies to Colissimo deliveries. Chronopost or DHL deliveries are your responsibility.
Below this purchase amount, the shipping costs are visible in the table below, depending on the deadlines and our different providers.
4.3.2 For other countries
Delivery costs are detailed in the tables above depending on the destination and the delivery method chosen.
Orders placed before 1 p.m., for which payment has been validated, are shipped the same day. EVE'N FASHION undertakes to deliver to its carrier, all the references ordered by the buyer (within the limit of available stocks) and this, within a maximum period of 72 working hours. This carrier undertakes by contract with EVE'N FASHION to deliver the order to the buyer's address provided by EVE'N FASHION or to drop it off at the post office closest to this address in case of absence. of the recipient.
Colissimo delivery is provided by the Post Office within 72 hours from the delivery of the package to the Post. Any delays do not entitle the buyer to claim damages.
In addition, for deliveries outside mainland France, the customer agrees to pay all taxes due on the importation of products, customs duty, value added tax, and all other taxes due under the laws of the country of receipt of order.

The delivery costs are indicated in the basket including your selection. For mainland France they are free from € 250 purchase.
For reasons of availability, an order can be delivered in several times to the customer. The customer only pays for one delivery. If the customer wishes 2 places of delivery, he places 2 orders, with the associated delivery costs.
5. Exchange and refund
How to return a product :
Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your package. Any return may give rise to a non-refundable credit or a refund depending on your payment method.
1. Go to your personal account, then in the “My returns” section and click on “New product return request”;
2. Check the products and quantities you wish to return, and specify whether you want to have a non-refundable credit note, or a refund;

Our return policy
All products sold on the site benefit from the "satisfied or refunded" clause except special order, gift bag or personalized products at the customer's request (tailor-made or size modification for example). As personalized products are made to measure, they cannot be returned or exchanged. Items returned defective are not affected by this clause.
Underwear is considered to be “Sensitive goods” within the meaning of article L 121-20-8 of the Consumer Code and may not, for reasons of hygiene and health protection, be subject to a return and a refund.

Once your return is ready, all you have to do is drop off your package at the post office of your choice (and not a relay point).
In accordance with the provisions of Articles L121 et seq. Of the Consumer Code, each user of the site has a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of his package to return one or more items. If the deadline expires on a Saturday, Sunday and public holiday, the deadline is extended until the next working day at midnight.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
If a product is missing from your order, we ask you to notify us as soon as possible (24 hours after receipt of the product). Photos of your package as well as the initial packaging will be requested to follow up on a potential refund.
We would like to point out that in the case of a return, the customer is the sender of the package and is therefore held responsible for any damage to the product during this return. If the product is damaged, it will be returned and reimbursement of shipping costs may be requested.
It will be up to the buyer to keep any proof that can prove the return of the package to our premises in the event of a dispute. You are responsible for your return and we advise you to ensure that your package is properly conditioned to avoid any loss of an item during transport. Returns are free (only for France).
If you choose reimbursement, the return costs are free (except for Chronopost or DHL) and the initial shipping costs will be reimbursed if you return your entire order.
Remember, you have 14 days from receipt to declare your return and send us your package. Beyond this period, penalties of 10% of the amount of your order will be applied and the refund will be made in the form of a non-refundable credit note.

Clothes

Bags

Shoes
When you try on your shoes, please do not damage the soles or the box. Remember to return the protective case and the original box - these are considered part of the item. Place the shoebox inside another box to prevent damage during transport.
Defective items
Products are considered to be defective if they are damaged upon receipt or a manufacturing defect is found within six months of the date of purchase. Colors

EVE'N FASHION Paris extends your return period during the end of the year celebrations. Your returns are thus extended until December 31.
We will not issue a refund after 14 days. Returns made after the classic 14-day period will be made exclusively in the form of non-refundable credits.
6. Price
The price indicated in the order confirmation is the final price, expressed inclusive of all taxes and including VAT for France and the countries of the European Union. This price includes the price of the products, handling, packaging, conservation and commissioning costs.
Prices cannot be changed once the order has been confirmed. The price invoiced to the customer is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent by EVE'N FASHION Paris; the price of the products is payable in cash on the day of the actual order.
7. Payment
Payment by credit card: Online payment is made by credit card bearing the initials CB, MASTER CARD, VISA. Your credit card number is therefore sent directly to the bank's servers, without going through the store's server, a guarantee that is all the more important since your numbers are known only to our banking partner Stripe.
The order validated by the customer will only be considered effective when the concerned bank payment centers have given their agreement. In case of refusal of the said centers, the order will be automatically canceled and the customer notified by e-mail. 8. Disputes
This contract is subject to French law. Livraison gratuite à partir de 180€ d'achat
La livraison gratuite s'applique dès que votre panier atteint les 180€ d'achat. Elle est valable exclusivement avec Colissimo en France métropolitaine. Les livraisons Chronopost et DHL restent à vos frais peu importe le montant de votre panier.
4.1 Comment les articles sont-ils livrés ?
La livraison des colis s’effectue par la Poste en « Colissimo suivi » ou « Chronopost » contre signature du destinataire ou de toute personne mandatée spécialement. Cette signature numérisée ainsi que sa reproduction font preuve de livraison du colis.
Elle vous permet de choisir en toute liberté l’endroit où vous souhaitez être livré :

À l’adresse de votre choix (domicile, bureau…).

Dans l’un de nombreux espaces Cityssimo en France.

Dans le bureau de poste de votre choix parmi les 10 000 existants.

Chez l’un des nombreux commerçants du réseau partenaire de la Poste.
Les différentes options de livraison vous sont proposées au moment de la finalisation de votre panier de commande.
Pour les livraisons Colissimo
Pour les colis remis à l'adresse de votre choix, en cas d’absence du destinataire du colis à l’adresse désignée, un avis de passage et de mise en instance du colis est déposé dans la boîte aux lettres du destinataire. Cet avis indique les coordonnées du Bureau de Poste où le destinataire pourra retirer l’envoi. Tout colis ainsi mis en instance y est remis au destinataire ou à son mandataire, dûment habilité à cet effet sur présentation d’une pièce d’identité et contre signature. La durée de mise en instance du colis est de 15 jours consécutifs à compter du lendemain du jour de dépôt de l’avis de mise en instance.
Dans le cas d’une livraison chez un commerçant, le produit ne peut pas lui être directement retourné. Le retour doit se faire selon les clauses exposées dans l’article 5.
Pour les livraisons Chronopost
En cas d'absence du destinataire du colis, Chronopost appelle le client en vue de convenir d'un nouveau passage ou d'un rendez-vous. En cas d'absence répétée, le colis sera mis en instance dans votre bureau de poste ou dans un point de retrait Chronopost.
Pour le bon déroulement de la livraison, il appartient à l’acheteur de renseigner avec soin au moment de sa commande son adresse de livraison. Il peut la modifier en contactant le service clients, ou en ajouter une nouvelle dans la rubrique « Mon compte » ou en contactant le service clients pour la commande en cours.
En cas d’erreurs ou d’imprécisions dans le libellé des coordonnées de l’acheteur, EVE’N FASHION Paris ne pourra être tenu responsable de l’impossibilité de livrer la commande.
La livraison dans une entreprise : la responsabilité de EVE’N FASHION Paris s'arrête dès lors que le cachet ou la signature de la société ou de son représentant est apposé sur le bordereau du transporteur.
Pour les livraisons DHL
En cas d’absence du destinataire du colis, un avis de passage sera laissé et un nouveau passage sera effectué le lendemain. Vous pouvez modifier la date de ce deuxième passage grâce à votre code de suivi jusqu’à 22h30. Si lors du second passage vous êtes absent, le colis sera disponible pendant une durée de 15 jours dans un point de dépôt DHL.
Pour le bon déroulement de la livraison, il appartient au client de fournir avec exactitude toutes les précisions nécessaires au bon acheminement de sa commande et à la parfaite livraison (code d’accès, spécification d’accès par exemple). Le client peut modifier ses informations en ajouter une nouvelle dans la rubrique « Mon compte » ou en contactant le service clients pour la commande en cours.

4.2 Quels sont les délais de livraison ?
4.2.1 Pour la France
Après réception de la commande le colis correspondant à celle-ci sera confié à la Poste :
- soit le jour même,
- soit le jour ouvré suivant la commande.
Dès cet instant, la Poste s’engage à mettre tout en œuvre pour assurer la distribution des envois ou du premier avis de passage des envois qui lui sont confiés :
Pour les Chronopost : expédition de votre commande si elle est passée avant 9H le jour même, sinon expédition le jour suivant la prise en charge de la commande (du lundi au vendredi, hors jours fériés, interdictions de circuler, cas de force majeure, circonstances exceptionnelles ou généralement tout autre fait non imputable à la Poste)
Pour les Colissimo : le deuxième jour ouvrable suivant le jour de prise en charge de la commande.
Dans tous les cas, les délais de livraison ne doivent pas dépasser un mois.
Pour certains produits (en particulier les bijoux) qui ne sont pas en stock au moment du passage de votre commande. Un délai approximatif de livraison sera indiqué dans le panier. Le délai d'attente ne devra pas dépasser 8 semaines.
Au moment de l’expédition du colis, l’acheteur recevra un mail de confirmation de l’envoi de son colis, avec un n° de suivi qui lui permettra de le suivre en ligne sur le site www.chronopost.fr pour les Chronopost, www.coliposte. pour les Colissimo ou sur www.dhl.fr pour les livraisons DHL.
Des incidents (grèves, blocage des réseaux routiers, …), des pertes au niveau des centres de traitement peuvent entraîner des retards, l’acheteur pourra nous les signaler en nous adressant un message via la rubrique « Contact » en rappelant son n° Colissimo, Chronopost ou DHL.
EVE’N FASHION Paris décline toute responsabilité en cas de délais de livraison trop importants du fait des services postaux.

4.2.2 Pour les autres pays
Les délais de livraison vont de 1 à 10 jours ouvrés selon le mode de livraison choisi et la destination. (Voir le tableau ci-dessous dans la rubrique « coûts d’expédition »).
4.3 Coûts d’expédition (voir tableau)
4.3.1 Pour la France
Les coûts d’expédition sont calculés automatiquement et sont indiqués avant la validation de chaque commande.
La livraison est gratuite à partir de 250 euros d’achat en France métropolitaine. La livraison gratuite s'applique seulement pour les livraisons Colissimo. Les livraisons Chronopost ou DHL reste à votre charge.
En dessous de ce montant d’achat, les frais de port sont visibles dans le tableau ci-dessous, en fonction des délais et de nos différents prestataires.
